    Conducted research on disaster management related topics using SPSS, Arc GIS and ORA. Worked as a research associate  in a  project titled “Assessment of Seismic Exposure, Structural and Socio-Economic Vulnerability of Ward-14 in Mymensingh Municipality” jointly conducted by BUET-JIDPUS, Department of Urban and Regional Planning and funded by UNDP.

Thesis

BURP Thesis: "A Spatial Analysis of ADP (Annual Development Programme) Allocation and its Association with National Sectoral Policies and Sixth Five Year Plan (2011-2015)"
This study took a holistic approach to view government allocation of Annual Development Programme (ADP) from sectoral, spatial as well as from policy perspectives. Two main objectives of the study were to determine the spatial distribution of government expenditure across 64 districts of Bangladesh and determine the association between national policies and government expenditure.

MURP Thesis: A Network Based Study on Organizations, Community and Their Linkages in Cyclone Preparedness Programme (CPP) of Bangladesh (On process) 

The main purpose of the study is to assess the social network among cyclone preparedness programme, coastal community and other actors of disaster governance in Bangladesh and focus on the perception of community regarding cyclone preparedness and response.

2019 TPE and TransTiP Science and Technology Training on "Climate Change and Social Impact on the Third Pole Environment " arranged by the International Programme Third Pole Environment (TPE), TransTiP and Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research, Chinese Academy of Science (ITPCAS) held at Chengdu, China from 12-23 August, 2019.
