Admission Requirement
An applicant must-
Have a four-years Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning/ Environmental Science/ Geology and Mining/ Geological Science/ Disaster Management/ Disaster Science/ Water Resources Development/ Human Resource Management/ Architecture (5 years Bachelor’s degree) or its equivalent from any recognized university.
OR
Have a Master’s degree with Honours in Urban & Regional Planning/ Environmental Science/ Geology and Mining/ Geological Science/ Disaster Management/ Disaster Science/ Water Resources Development/ Human Resource Management/ Architecture or its equivalent from any recognized university.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 5.00 or a first division or equivalent in any one of S.S.C and H.S.C or in equivalent examinations
Degree Requirement
A student must earn a minimum of 36 credit hours, with 18 credit hours obtained from theory courses and 18 credit hours from thesis.
A part time student must register for a minimum of 3 credit hours and a maximum of 9 credit hours per semester.
A full-time student must register for a minimum of 12 credit hours and a maximum of 15 credit hours per semester.
Every student is obligated to participate in the final examination for each academic term.
